Biomechanical Assessment

A biomechanical is an assessment of how the body moves with certain activities in sport and in daily life.

A Biomechanical assessment is 60min and requires the client to be in appropriate clothing to be able to assess the body.


Our physiotherapists will:

• Review functional posture and movement patterns

• Prescribe appropriate exercises and develop a personalised programme

• Follow-up in 4-6 weeks or as necessary.
